Contact and design project quotes: we reply within 24 hours
Tell us what you need: a logo, an identity, a website, print, video or 3D. Pick a project type, budget and timeline, and we will reply with questions or a proposed scope and price.
Before you write
What to write in your first message
A few sentences are enough: what your company does, what you need, by when and what you already have. For example: I run a renovation company, I need a logo and a van wrap before the season, and I only have a name and old business cards. From a message like that we know where to start.
If you have a budget or a rough amount you want to spend, mention it. Not so we use all of it, but so we can propose a scope that fits instead of sending a quote that has no chance.
What happens after you send a message
We reply within 24 hours on business days. For simple jobs we reply with a quote straight away, for larger ones with a few questions or a suggestion for a short online call. The call is free and creates no obligation.
After the call you get a quote with the scope, a list of files and a schedule. If you accept it, we sign a contract and start work once the deposit is paid. If not, the quote stays with you.
Form, email or phone
The form is the most convenient, because it guides you through the key questions and lets you pick a service right away. Email is useful when you want to attach files, such as an old logo or photos. The phone works when you would rather just talk.
For larger projects, such as an identity, a website or packaging, you can also fill in the online brief. It takes a few minutes and lets us prepare a quote without further questions.
Urgent projects
If the project has a hard date, such as a trade fair, a launch or a venue opening, put it in the first sentence of your message. The date decides whether we can work to the standard timeline or need a shorter schedule or a smaller starting scope.
A shorter deadline is agreed before work starts and included in the quote, because it means moving other projects. The sooner we know, the more options we have.
How to send files
Small files, such as a logo, a few photos or a PDF proposal, can be attached to an email. Larger packs, such as footage for editing or full-resolution photos, are best sent as a cloud drive link.
Do not compress files or send photos through messaging apps, because they lose quality. If you are not sure which logo file is the right one, send them all and we will pick the best source.
Meeting in person
Most of our calls happen online, but for projects tied to a place or an object, such as a sign, venue signage, a booth or packaging, we are happy to come over. Mention where the company is in your message and we will suggest a date.
A meeting on site lets us see the building, product or vehicle fleet in person and discuss straight away what the project will need.
In Polish or English
You can write to us in Polish or English, and we will run the project in the language you choose. If your team speaks different languages, we agree at the start which one we use for calls and summaries.
