What we do for companies outside Poland

Most of our work can be done from anywhere: a logo, a brand book, a website design, social media templates, a packaging design or a set of Steam images are delivered as files, and the conversation happens on video calls and in comments on the design. Where you are based matters far less than how clearly the brief describes your customers and your market.

We run projects in English from the first call to file handover. The quote, the schedule and the files are prepared in English, and copy for your materials can be written in English as part of our copywriting service or supplied by your team.

Print and production stay local to you. We do not print or manufacture anything; we prepare print-ready files to the specification of your printer, sign maker or packaging manufacturer, wherever they are, and help you place the order. Website development is done by VulCode, or by your own developers, who get an organised Figma file.

Poland is in the European Union, so the GDPR applies to the personal data you share with us, and copyright is governed by Polish law, which requires a written contract to transfer economic rights. We describe how that works for you further down this page.

Working with us from abroad

A remote project needs a few things settled at the start. These are worth agreeing before the first concept.

Language

Calls, quotes, schedules and files in English. If part of your team speaks Polish, we can switch between the two.

Time zone

We work on Central European Time. For the UK the difference is one hour; for the US East Coast our afternoon is your morning.

Feedback

Comments directly in the design file in Figma or on a PDF, collected in one batch, work across time zones better than long calls.

Payment

Prices are net in PLN. A 50% deposit books the work and the rest is paid when the project is finished, before source files are handed over.

Files for your suppliers

Print files to the specification of a printer in your country, website designs for your developers, assets for your game engine.

Meetings

Projects run on video calls in the tool your team already uses, and each stage ends with a file you can comment on in your own time.

Time difference with Central Europe

Poland uses Central European Time (CET, UTC+1) and summer time (CEST, UTC+2). Daylight saving dates differ between Europe and the US by a few weeks a year, so the difference can shift by an hour for a short time.

Rights and contracts under Polish law

Polish copyright law requires the transfer of economic rights to be made in writing, otherwise it is void (article 53 of the Polish Copyright Act), and the transfer covers only the fields of use expressly listed in the contract (article 41). That is why every project comes with a written contract listing where you can use the work: in print, online, in your product, in advertising and so on.

The rights pass to you once the invoice is paid in full. Until then you can review and approve the work, but you should not publish it. For clients abroad this is a protection as much as a formality: the contract states clearly what you own and where you can use it, in a form that holds up under the law that governs our work.

How a remote project runs

The same five stages for every project, whether you order a logo or a full identity. Timelines run from brief approval and the deposit.
  1. 1at the start

    Research and moodboard

We look at competitors and the places the design will appear, and show style directions on a moodboard. You pick a direction before the first version of the design.

  2. 2the longest stage

    Concept

Creative direction works out the concept, and the designer turns it into vectors, layouts or renders. We show the concept on real applications straight away.

  3. 3about 15% of the time

    Revisions

You collect feedback in one batch and we apply it. Revision time grows with the size of the project instead of a fixed number of rounds.

  4. 4before delivery

    Finalisation

Polishing details, preparing versions, checking contrast, bleed and formats, and for print a proof from the printer.

  5. 5at the end

    File handover

Files in tidy folders, documentation and a transfer of economic rights once paid in full.

Brands we have worked on

Real brands from different industries. The portfolio says what each brand does.

Hiring a design agency in Poland

What is worth knowing before you work with a Polish design studio, and how we handle the parts that differ from working with a local one.

Why companies look for designers in Poland

Poland has a large creative and software industry, and many studios work in English with clients across Europe and beyond. For a company in Western Europe the working hours overlap almost completely, contracts and data protection follow EU rules, and travel for a workshop, when it is really needed, is short.

Price is part of the picture, but it should not be the whole of it. Compare the scope of each offer: how many concepts, which files, how revisions work and when the rights pass to you. Every package on our site lists those details next to the price, so you can compare like with like.

How we keep a remote project on track

A remote project depends on written agreements more than on long calls. After the brief we send a quote with a list of elements, files and dates, and every stage ends with something you can look at and comment on directly: a moodboard, a concept presented on applications, a revised version, the final files.

Feedback works best collected in one batch and written as comments on the design rather than spread across messages. That way the project keeps moving even when our working days only overlap for a few hours.

Print and production in your country

Printers in different countries use different paper sizes, colour profiles and file requirements. The US Letter format is not A4, and a large-format printer in Germany may want a different bleed from one in Poland. Before preparing print files we ask for the specification of your printer and follow it exactly.

We do not print, so you keep your local suppliers and pay them directly. If you do not have a printer yet, we can tell you what to ask for in a quote, so the files and the order match.

Websites and development

We design websites in Figma: wireframes, desktop and mobile layouts and a component library. Development is done by the software house VulCode, which works with us every day, or by your own developers, who get the design with documentation and answers to their questions.

If your site needs several languages, we design the language switcher and check that longer translations fit the layout. The content in each language comes from your team or from our copywriting service.

Game studios and creators abroad

Art for games and creators is an international market by nature: Steam, Twitch, YouTube and Discord work the same everywhere. Our Games and creators section covers key art and Steam images, game UI, pixel art, 3D game assets, trailers, Twitch overlays, emotes, VTuber models and server graphics, each with packages and a starting price.

For studios that need ongoing art rather than a one-off project, game art outsourcing is available as a monthly package with a fixed number of hours, following your art bible.
