Social media graphics and Canva templates your team can fill in on its own

We design templates for posts, carousels and stories, and ad creatives in your brand style. We do not manage accounts: we hand over a system you or your team use to make new posts without a designer. The Grid Start package costs from 900 PLN net.

One design, every format

Every graphic is prepared in the size the platform requires.

What you get in a social media project

We share Canva templates through a link with edit access. If your team works in Figma or Photoshop, mention it in the brief.

  • Post templates

Square and portrait posts with text styles and photo areas already set.

  • Carousels

Multi-slide posts with a cover, content slides and a call-to-action slide.

  • Stories and reels

Vertical templates for stories and reel covers so your profile grid stays consistent.

  • Profile covers

A profile picture and covers for chosen platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Video guide

A recording that shows how to edit the templates without breaking the layout.

  • Style rules

In the Pro package a short document: colours, fonts, photos, what to avoid and examples of well and badly filled templates.

  • Ad creatives

In the campaign package: graphics in Meta and Google formats, static and animated, ready to upload.

Templates or finished graphics

Templates

Best when you post often and someone on your side uploads posts. You pay for the design once and make every next post yourself.

Finished graphics

Best for the start of a campaign or a new profile, when you need a few polished posts right away.

Ad creatives

A separate category: one motif in many formats and variants that the ads manager tests against each other.

Both

You can also combine both: templates for everyday posts and polished creatives for campaigns.

A graphic system instead of one-off posts

Most company profiles look inconsistent for a simple reason: every post is made from scratch, in a different tool and by a different person. Instead of designing single graphics, we build a set of Canva templates where colours, fonts, layouts and photo areas are already set. You type the text, swap the photo and the post is ready.

We design templates for specific formats: square and portrait posts, carousels, stories and profile covers. For each set we record a short video guide showing how to edit the template so it does not break with longer text or a different photo.

For paid campaigns we prepare ad creatives: one key visual, the main motif of the campaign, adapted to Meta and Google formats, including animated versions. You get files ready to upload to the ads manager.

We do not publish posts, reply to comments or set up campaigns in the ads manager. That is the job of a social media agency or your team. We make sure everything that goes out looks like one brand.

How a graphic system comes together

  1. Brief and profile review1-2 days

We look at your current profiles and competitors and agree on content types and platforms.

    1
  2. Direction2-4 days

Two or three sample posts in the target style, using real content, before the full set is made.

    2
  3. Template set3-10 days

All templates and formats in the approved style, with text styles in place.

    3
  4. Revisions and testing1-3 days

Revisions and a test with longer text and different photos so templates do not break.

    4
  5. Handover1 day

Template link, video guide and, in the Pro package, the style rules.

    5

We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Changes are best raised at the sample-post stage, before the direction spreads across the whole set.

What social media design pricing depends on

The price grows with the number of content types and formats, not with the number of posts you later make from the templates.

  1. 1

    Number of templates

Each content type, such as an offer, a tip or a quote, is a separate layout to design and test.

  2. 2

    Formats and platforms

The same graphic as a square, a portrait and a story is three adaptations, and Google ads use other proportions again.

  3. 3

    Animation

An animated creative needs separate work on motion and export in several formats.

  4. 4

    State of your identity

With brand guidelines in place we work faster. Without them we first need to settle colours, fonts and photo style.

How not to overpay

  • Start with Grid Start and extend the set once you see which content types you post most
  • Send the text of sample posts so the templates fit your content from day one
  • Order social media together with your visual identity
  • For campaigns, prepare final headlines and product photos

Who we design social media graphics for

  • Small businesses that post themselves

Canva templates the owner or an employee fills in within minutes, without a designer.

  • Social media agencies

A consistent set for a client that the agency turns into a content calendar, while we look after the visuals.

  • Online shops

Product creatives for Meta and Google ads, in variants for testing.

  • Personal brands

Carousels with tips and quotes in one style that stand out in the feed.

  • Companies after a rebrand

Moving the new identity to social media so the old style disappears from your profiles.

How to prepare for the project

Real content works best. A few sample posts you want to publish say more than any description.

0 / 6 ready

  • The platforms you post on
  • Content types: offers, tips, case studies, team, announcements
  • The text of a few sample posts
  • Logo, colours and fonts or your brand guidelines
  • Photos you use or plan to use
  • Profiles you like and profiles you do not like

Formats we prepare

We design every template in the proportions a platform uses in its grid and in ads.

Platforms change their recommended sizes from time to time. We check the current guidelines before each project.

Content types we design templates for

Each content type gets its own layout, so followers instantly recognise whether it is an offer, a tip or an announcement.

Offer and promotion

A product or service with a price and a call to action, with room for a product photo.

Carousel tip

Several numbered slides with readable text and a final slide that invites people to save the post.

Case study

Before and after photos or the finished result, with a short description of the task and the solution.

Customer review

A quote from a real review, with a name or company if the customer agreed to it.

Team and behind the scenes

Photos of people and the workplace, with a caption introducing the person or the stage of work.

Announcement and event

Date, place and sign-up, readable in a few seconds, also in stories.

Social media design in practice

How to use templates day to day and how to design creatives you can test.

A consistent profile without an in-house designer

Templates work best when the team has a simple routine: once a week it picks content types for the coming days, types the copy into templates and swaps the photos. Layout, colours and typography are already set, so a post takes minutes.

It is worth naming one person who reviews posts against the style rules before they go out. Typical slips are text too long for a template meant for short copy and a photo in a completely different mood from the rest of the profile.

Ad creatives ready for testing

Ads managers let you compare several versions of the same ad and show the better-performing one more often. For such a test to mean anything, versions must differ in one thing, a headline, an image or a call to action, not everything at once.

That is why in the campaign package we prepare variants to a test plan: the same key visual with different headlines, or the same line on different images. The person running the campaign interprets the results, and we can prepare the next round of creatives based on them.

Areas the platform covers

In stories and reels, the top and bottom of the screen are covered by the profile name, caption, buttons and reply bar. Text and logos placed near the edges disappear under the interface, and ads add a call-to-action button on top.

We design every vertical template with a safe area in the middle that holds the key content. We check it on screenshots from the app, not just in an empty file.

Photos that fit the templates

A template will not rescue a photo taken in a dark room at a random angle. In the style rules we describe which photos suit the brand: light, framing, background, people or none, and show examples.

If photos are scarce, we design templates to look good with typography alone, an illustration or a product shot on a plain background. That way the profile does not depend on a single photo shoot.

How many templates a company profile needs

The number of templates depends on how many content types you publish, not how often. A company that shows offers, case studies and tips needs three or four layouts in a few formats. A brand with campaigns, events and recruitment needs more.

That is why we start with a list of content types from recent months and plans for the next ones. Grid Start is enough to begin with, and Social Media Pro when there is a lot of content and several people publish.
