The same process whether you order a business card or a full brand identity.
We look at competitors and the places the design will appear, and show style directions on a moodboard. You pick a direction before the first version of the design.
Creative direction works out the concept, and the designer turns it into vectors, layouts or renders. We show the concept on real applications straight away.
You collect feedback in one batch and we apply it. Revision time grows with the size of the project instead of a fixed number of rounds.
Polishing details, preparing versions, checking contrast, bleed and formats, and for print a proof from the printer.
Files in tidy folders, documentation and a transfer of economic rights once paid in full.
Start with what you want to achieve, not the name of a service. If customers should recognise you, you need a logo or a visual identity. If they should find you online, a website design and copy. If a product should stand out on the shelf, packaging and labels, and if the brand should live on social media, templates and ad creatives.
When the goal is broader, such as launching a new company or changing your image, you usually need several services in a particular order. In that case it is simplest to describe the situation in a message or in a free consultation. We will suggest the order and scope instead of selling everything at once.
Every service has three packages with a starting price and a described scope: the number of concepts, variants, pages or files and the timeline. A starting price means that for exactly that scope you pay exactly that amount. If you need more, such as extra pages or variants, you get a quote before we start.
We do not publish upper ranges, because for projects beyond a package the price depends on the specific scope, and ranges like 1,000 to 10,000 PLN say nothing. All prices on the site are net prices in PLN.
Aphrodi only designs. We do not print or produce merchandise, we do not do photo shoots or filming, we do not manage social media profiles and we do not build websites in code. We say so openly so nobody orders something from us that we will not deliver.
In each of these cases we help further. For print, we prepare files and help place the order with your chosen printer. Instead of a product shoot, we can make 3D packshots. Websites are built by the software house VulCode or your developer, and your team handles publishing on social media.
Some services naturally go together. A logo with business cards and letterhead is the start of every company. A website design with copy lets us design on real content instead of waiting weeks for it. Packaging with a 3D visual gives you shop images before the product leaves the line.
Social media design pairs well with reel editing, because templates and videos then share one style. A rebrand almost always needs new brand guidelines and moving the brand onto materials. For a combined order we prepare one quote and one schedule.
We work remotely, so where the client is based does not matter. We speak Polish and English and prepare materials in the language you need, if you provide the content or order copywriting.
Prices are quoted in PLN, and the quote describes how invoicing works. We prepare files to the requirements of printers and suppliers in the country of the client, so the design needs no rework before production.
Everything starts with a message, a call or a brief. We reply within 24 hours on business days, usually with a few questions or a suggestion for a short call. After it you get a quote with the scope, files and schedule.
Once the quote is accepted, we sign a contract, you pay a 50% deposit and we start with research. Then we show directions or a concept, make revisions within the time reserved for them and prepare files. After the balance is paid we hand over source files and rights.
The shortest jobs, such as logo vectorization, a business card or a reel, take a few business days. Logos, flyers, labels and social media templates usually fit in one or two weeks. A visual identity, catalogue, packaging or website design takes several weeks.
The timeline for each package runs from brief approval and the deposit. Complete materials at the start and quick decisions on your side shorten it the most. If you have a hard date, such as a trade fair or a launch, tell us straight away.
You do not need a specification. A few sentences are enough: what your company does, what you need, by when and what you already have. If you have a logo, photos or old materials, send them, even if you do not like them, because they show the starting point.
For larger projects, the online brief or a downloadable template helps. The questions are matched to services, so you only answer what concerns your project.
A service business mainly needs local recognition: a logo, business cards, a sign, a vehicle wrap and a simple website. A product brand starts with packaging, labels and shop images. A tech startup starts with a logo, a product website and an investor deck.
Creators and communities need social media templates, reel editing, merch and often a mascot. Organisations and schools use posters, diplomas and calendars. Each of these paths uses the same services, but in a different order and proportion.
We prepare every project so it can be built on: a logo with variants and a logo sheet, templates with styles in place, websites with a component library. That way further materials are faster and cheaper to make, and the brand does not drift after a year.
If you order further materials from us, we use the existing rules. If you order them elsewhere, the files and instructions we hand over let the next designer work in the same style.
Whatever the service, you get files in the formats the next supplier needs: the printer, developer, wrap shop or manufacturer. The file list is described with every package, so you know what you will get before you order.
Full economic rights pass to you once the invoice is paid, within the fields of use described in the contract. You can use the design without time limits and change it yourself or with another designer.
The list covers our standard packages, but not everything we can design. If you need something unusual, such as graphics for an app, an exhibition layout or event visuals, describe the project in a message.
We will tell you whether it is within our scope and, if so, prepare a quote with a file description and timeline, just as for packages. If not, we will suggest who to look for.
Describe the project in a few sentences. We reply within 24 hours with a proposed scope and price, and if you prefer to talk, we book a free consultation online or at your office.
