Legibility from the street
Less information
The name and one line about what you do. Phone, website and the list of services go on the window or door.
Contrast with the facade
We choose the sign colour against the render and windows, not just the brand colour.
Letter size
Letters must be legible from where customers decide, such as the crossing or a passing car.
Night version
For illuminated signs we check which elements glow, so the name does not turn into a bright blur.
Your business seen from the street
A sign is the most expensive material for a small business to produce and the one that stays up longest. A design that looks good on screen can disappear on the facade: the logo is too small, the colour blends into the render and the name cannot be read from a car. That is why we show every sign design on a photo of your building, to scale, from the distance customers see it.
A wrapped company vehicle passes many people every day: at traffic lights, in car parks, outside the homes of customers. But it only has a few seconds and is often seen from the side or the rear, on the move. That is why we design wraps on a template of the specific model, with its body lines, handles, windows and door edges, and show them from four sides, so you can see whether the phone number lands on a handle or the name on a door gap.
We design the sign together with its surroundings: the window, the door, opening hours and interior signage. A customer who sees a consistent sign, a well-designed window and a clear opening hours plate knows at once they have come to the right place. On a vehicle three things matter most: who you are, what you do and how to get in touch, in a hierarchy that works even when the van is stuck in traffic next to another wrapped van.
We do not produce or install signs, and we do not install wraps. We prepare the design and files for the sign maker and the wrap shop and, on request, help choose the technology, compare quotes and check the production quote. You pay for production, film, print and installation directly to the supplier.
Permits for the sign are handled by the owner or tenant of the premises. We suggest what to ask the building manager and the municipality, but we are not a party in those matters.

How we design a sign and a vehicle wrap
Photos and details1-2 days
Photos of the building straight on and from the street, plus the dimensions of the sign space and windows and, for a vehicle, make, model, year, paint colour and photos from every side.
1Vehicle template1-2 days
For a wrap, a template of the specific model with dimensions and body lines.

The layout of the sign and front in your brand style, with the production technology in mind and, for a vehicle, content and artwork on every side.
3Visual1-3 days

4Revisions1-3 days
Refining the design after you see the visual.
5Files1-2 days
Files for the sign maker and the wrap shop, fleet guidelines where needed and, on request, help with the production quote.

We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Confirm the dimensions of the sign space and the model and year of the vehicle before we start, because the whole layout depends on the dimensions, and we choose the template for a specific body version.
What sign and vehicle wrap design pricing depends on
The price changes with the number of signage elements, the wrap scope, the number of vehicle models and how detailed the files for the supplier need to be.
- 1
Number of elements
A sign is one element. The window, door and interior add more designs and visuals.
- 2
Technology
Built-up letters and light boxes need layers and illumination worked out.
- 3
Wrap scope
Doors and rear mean less area and fewer decisions than the whole body, and a full print with an illustration or photo is more work than cut vinyl lettering.
- 4
Number of vehicle models
Each model has a different template, so the design has to be fitted separately, and fleet rules are an extra document with examples.
- 5
Quality of photos and measurements
Without accurate dimensions, photos and vehicle details, the visual needs more approximation and revisions.
- 6
State of the logo
A logo that only exists as a JPG has to be vectorized before design.
How not to overpay
- Measure the space accurately or ask the sign maker to
- Photograph the building straight on in daylight and the vehicle from four sides
- Give the exact model and year of the vehicle
- Design the sign and window together, and every vehicle in the fleet at once
- Check permits before design so dimensions do not change
- Choose the wrap shop before design and ask for its requirements
Who we design signs and vehicle wraps for
Ground-floor service businesses
A sign and window that tell passers-by what is inside.
Restaurants and cafes
A sign, an outdoor menu and interior signage in one style, plus a delivery vehicle in the style of the venue, recognisable around town.
Beauty salons and treatment rooms
An elegant front with frosted film where privacy is needed.
Offices and clinics
Wayfinding and room signs that help visitors find their way.
Workshops and wholesalers
A large, clear sign visible from the road and yard signage.
Construction companies, installers and service firms
A van with a clear phone number and services that says what you do when it is parked outside the home of a customer.
Transport, driving schools and rentals
A fleet with guidelines for different vehicle models, with a clear name and contact on every side.
How to prepare for a sign and wrap project
Photos and measurements of the building matter most and, for a vehicle, its exact details and photos from every side. Without them the visual is only an approximation.
0 / 8 ready
- A photo of the building straight on and from the street
- Dimensions of the sign space and window glass
- Whether the sign should be illuminated
- Make, model, body version, year and paint colour of the vehicle
- Photos of the vehicle from the front, rear and both sides
- Content: name, services, hours, phone, website
- Your logo in vector format and brand colours

Types of signs
| Type | When it works | What it changes in the design |
|---|---|---|
| Printed or vinyl panel | small budget, sign at eye level | the most freedom in colours and graphics |
| Illuminated light box | venue open in the evening | the design must work by day and lit up |
| Built-up letters | facade with character, salons, offices | the logo has to be simplified into letter forms |
| Projecting sign | narrow street, foot traffic | legible from the side, often double-sided |
| Window graphics | ground floor with large windows | the view inside has to be kept |
Vehicle wraps: scope and prices
| Scope | What it covers | Price and timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Doors and Rear | name, service and contact, cut vinyl lettering, for a smaller budget and a passenger car | from 600 PLN, 5-7 business days |
| Full Vehicle Wrap | the whole body with print, a four-side visual and film chosen for the paint, for example for a company van | from 1,800 PLN, 1-2 weeks |
| Fleet with Guidelines | 2 vehicle models with four-side visuals and guidelines the wrap shop follows for further vehicles | from 3,600 PLN, 3-4 weeks |
Net prices for the design, excluding film, print and installation. The rear window can be covered with perforated film when the rules and vehicle equipment allow it.
Vehicle legibility on the move
Three pieces of information
Name, what you do and contact. A list of services only if it is short.
Contact on the rear
The rear is seen by the driver behind in traffic, so a phone number or website works best there.
Contrast with the paint
We choose wrap colours for the vehicle colour, not just the brand colour.
Avoiding obstacles
Text does not land on handles, door gaps, body lines or trim.
Signage and vehicle wraps step by step
What to check before design and before you order production.
Permits and rules to ask about before the design
Before ordering a sign, check whether you can put it up in the chosen place. You usually need consent from the building owner or manager, and in a residential community often a resolution of the owners. Some Polish municipalities have landscape resolutions that set the size, type and position of signs, and in heritage zones the conservation officer has to agree.
Permits are handled by the owner or tenant of the premises. We can prepare a visual and a description of the sign for the application, because offices and managers often ask for them, but we do not act on your behalf.
On a vehicle we leave the windscreen and front side windows clear, because they must keep the view of the driver unobstructed. The rear window can be covered with perforated film you can see through from inside, but only when the rules and vehicle equipment allow it, for example when both exterior mirrors are present.
The wrap shop that installs the wrap confirms final compliance with the rules. We design so the limits are taken into account from the start.
How to take photos and measurements for a sign
For the visual we need a photo of the building taken straight on, showing the whole front of the premises, and a second photo from the point of view of a pedestrian or driver. Daylight is best, without harsh sun on the facade.
Add the dimensions of the sign space and the window glass, marking frames, handles and anything that stays. If the sign maker has already been on site, their measurements are the most accurate.
Why we design wraps on a template of the specific model
Two vans of the same make from different years can have different door lines, windows or bumpers. A design on a generic vehicle shape ends with corrections at the wrap shop and sometimes the whole artwork moved. That is why we start with the make, model, body version and year.
The template shows body lines, handles, vents and window edges. We design so key content sits on flat surfaces, and the artwork crosses obstacles in a way the wrap shop can actually install.
Files a sign maker expects
A sign maker needs a vector to scale or with dimensions marked, colours described in a way that can be reproduced in production, and information on which elements are printed, cut from vinyl or illuminated. For vinyl we give colour matches from the chart the sign maker uses.
For interior signage we add a schedule: a list of items with dimensions, material and installation location. That way the sign maker can quote without asking about every detail.
A window that works without blocking the view
Window graphics carry information that does not fit on the sign: services, opening hours, phone and website. At the same time, fully covered glass cuts off the view inside, and customers are more likely to walk in where they can see what is behind the door.
That is why we design window graphics with a band at eye level that keeps the interior visible, or with frosted film where privacy is needed, for example in a treatment room.
A fleet without chaos
A company with several vehicles of different makes easily ends up with a fleet where every vehicle looks different. Fleet guidelines describe the fixed elements: where the logo goes, how large the phone number is, what the rear looks like and which colours are allowed on which paint.
With those guidelines, the wrap shop can prepare the next vehicle, even a different model, without designing from scratch, and the fleet stays recognisable as one company.
