What you get in a merch and sticker project
Every project ends with files in the format the manufacturer or printer requires for the chosen method.
Artwork
A print, embroidery or engraving designed for the product and method.
Placement and scale
The position and size of the print on every product and size.
Colours
Colours matched to the fabric, with Pantone references for screen print and thread colours for embroidery.
Sticker design
Artwork fitted to the size and the place the sticker will be used.
Cut line and white underlay
A simple or die-cut contour with an even margin and, for clear film, a white ink layer where colour should be opaque.
Mockups
Products and stickers at real scale, on the object they will go on, for approval and pre-sales.
Files for the manufacturer and printer
A vector or raster file at the resolution and format the method requires and, for stickers, a PDF with artwork, cut and white underlay layers.
Help with ordering
On request, choosing the method, comparing quotes and checking samples.
Merch and stickers people want to have
A t-shirt with a big logo on the chest rarely leaves the wardrobe, and a sticker with just a logo in a circle ends up in a drawer. Merch people actually wear looks like clothing with character, not a promotional item: it has considered artwork, good placement and a colour matched to the fabric. A sticker someone puts on a laptop, a water bottle, a guitar or a fridge door is a small graphic with a line, an illustration, a mascot or a brand detail.
We design merch starting from the idea for a collection: what ties it together, which products make sense for your audience and how the brand can appear on them other than as a logo in the same spot. We design stickers the same way, as a series: every sticker is different, but together they form a set people want to collect. In the merch line they are part of the package, together with labels and packaging.
We prepare artwork for the method, because embroidery, screen print and digital print have completely different limits, and a die-cut sticker needs a separate cut line that follows the artwork with an even margin. We show every product and every sticker on a mockup, at real scale and placement, so you can approve the design, show it to your team or community and collect orders before production.
We do not manufacture merch or print stickers. We prepare files for the manufacturer and the printer, help choose the method, suggest the film and finish and, on request, check samples. You order and pay for production and printing directly with your chosen supplier.

Merch people wear
Less logo, more idea
A line, an illustration or a brand detail instead of a big logo in the middle.
Unusual placements
Sleeve, neck, back or a small chest print instead of the standard area.
Fabric colour
Artwork designed for the fabric colour rather than placed on a white t-shirt by default.
A series
Several products that go together, instead of one design on everything.
Packages and prices
Net prices. Anything beyond a package is quoted before we start.
Print Design
One artwork for one product, such as an event t-shirt or a team mug.

Who the merch is for, which products, where the stickers go and their size, quantity, production budget and the manufacturer or printer, if chosen.
1Idea2-4 days

2Design2-8 days
Artwork refined for methods and sizes, stickers at the final size.
3Mockups1-3 days
Every product and sticker with artwork at real scale.
4Files and samples1-3 days
Files for the manufacturer and, for the printer, the cut line, white underlay and sheet layout. On request, a sample check.

We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Agree the method and the sticker size before design, because artwork for embroidery looks different from artwork for digital print, and the sticker size decides how much detail fits.
What merch and sticker design pricing depends on
The price changes with the number of products and sticker designs, and whether each has its own artwork or a shared motif.
- 1
Number of products
Each product has a different print area and needs its own fitting.
- 2
Number of sticker designs
Each sticker in a series is a separate graphic.
- 3
Methods
The same artwork for embroidery and for print is two different files.
- 4
Die-cut and material
Contour cutting needs a separate line for each sticker, and clear and metallic films need a white underlay layer.
- 5
Illustrations
Artwork from scratch is more work than a composition of logo and line.
- 6
Extras
Labels, stickers and packaging are further designs.
How not to overpay
- Choose the manufacturer, printer and method before design
- Agree sticker size and material before design
- Design the whole collection or sticker series at once
- Use one motif across several products
- Ask the printer for die-cut requirements
- Order a sample before the full run

Print methods and what they mean for design
| Method | When it works | Design limits |
|---|---|---|
| Screen print | larger runs of clothing and bags | each colour is a separate screen, gradients are hard |
| DTF | small runs, full colour | the print is a film on the fabric and can be felt |
| Embroidery | caps, polos, premium hoodies | no fine details or gradients, simpler shapes |
| Sublimation | mugs, polyester, light products | only light substrates suited to sublimation |
| Pad print and engraving | pens, bottles, accessories | small area, usually one colour |
Stickers on their own: scope and prices
| Scope | What it covers | Price and timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Sticker | one promotional or product sticker, simple cut shape | from 200 PLN, 2-4 business days |
| Sticker Set | up to 6 stickers in one style, simple or die-cut contour | from 550 PLN, 5-7 business days |
| Die-Cut Sheet | up to 8 die-cut stickers on a sheet, with white underlay for clear film | from 950 PLN, 1-2 weeks |
Net prices for the design. You pay the printer directly for printing.
Types of stickers
| Sticker | Where it goes | What we watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Promotional | parcels, events, giveaways | readable at a small size, with character |
| Product | packaging, jars, boxes | room for details and moisture resistance |
| Laptop and bottle | everyday objects | durable film and a die-cut shape |
| Vehicle and window | bodywork, shop windows | sun resistance, legibility from afar |
| Tamper seal | box closures | material that breaks when peeled |
Merch and stickers from design to production
The method first, then the artwork
The same artwork can look great in digital print and be unusable for embroidery. Embroidery cannot reproduce thin lines, small text or colour gradients, and screen print with many colours gets expensive on a small run.
That is why we start by agreeing quantity, products and production budget, and the method follows from them. If you already have a manufacturer, we ask for their requirements. If not, we prepare files in a format most suppliers of that method accept.
Sticker size and detail
A sticker is usually a few centimetres across, so the artwork must read at that size. Thin lines, small text and fine details disappear in print, and with die-cutting an overly complex shape tears easily.
That is why we check every sticker at real size and simplify the cut shape into a smooth line with a margin the printer can cut accurately.
A series people want to collect
A single logo sticker ends up in a drawer. A series of stickers with lines, a mascot or illustrations in one style invites collecting and sticking. Such a series can be an extra in online orders, a giveaway at events and a companion to a merch collection.
We design the series around one theme: a drawing style, colours and a frame that tie the stickers together, and different content that makes each one interesting on its own.
Files with a die-cut and a sheet
Printers expect the cut line as a separate layer or a spot colour with a specific name. Each has slightly different requirements, so before preparing files we ask for the spec or prepare the file in a widely used convention and adjust it once the printer is chosen.
On a sheet with several stickers, we arrange them to use the area well and keep gaps that meet the requirements of the cutting machine. The stickers stay on a shared sheet thanks to a kiss cut, which cuts through the film only, not the backing.
The printer will also mention laminate: a protective matte or gloss top film that guards the sticker against scratches and sun. We suggest the film and finish, and you confirm durability with the printer.
A mockup and a sample before production
A mockup shows the product with the artwork at real scale and placement, in the fabric colour. It helps avoid surprises, such as a print too large for size S or artwork that blends into the hoodie colour. Mockups are useful for sales too: you can show the collection to your community, run a pre-sale and order as many pieces as you actually need.
Print colour on fabric always looks a little different from the screen, and embroidery differs from the mockup. For a larger run it is worth ordering a sample and checking it in your hand before the manufacturer produces everything.
In the merch line package we help assess samples: colour, size, placement and finish quality. If something needs correcting, we prepare revised files for the manufacturer.
