Questions about working with a design studio: prices, timelines, revisions and file rights
These are the answers to questions clients ask before the first call. If something is missing, write to us and we will add the answer.
Prices and payment
Logo design costs from 1,200 PLN net for one concept with a full set of vector files. A brand identity starts at 2,900 PLN for the Start package, and a full system with a brand book from 9,800 PLN. The scope of every package is described on the service page.
A website designed in Figma costs from 3,400 PLN net for up to 10 pages, from 7,900 PLN for up to 50 pages and from 14,900 PLN with no page limit. The price covers UX and visual design, and development is quoted separately by the software house VulCode.
A starting price applies to the scope described in the package. If your project is bigger, for example more pages, variants or materials, you get a quote listing every element before we start. We never add costs along the way without your agreement.
Once you accept the quote and schedule, you pay a 50% deposit, and the rest when the work is finished, before the source files are handed over. Prices on the site are net prices in PLN.
Yes. We prepare quotes free of charge based on a brief or a short call. You can also work out an estimate in the calculator on the site and send it to us in one click.
Yes, all prices on the site are net prices in PLN. The amount to pay and how it is invoiced are stated in the quote before you accept anything.
We stop and show what goes beyond the quoted scope, such as extra pages or variants. Further work only starts once you accept the new quote, so the cost never grows without your knowledge.
Yes. Under Polish law a transfer of economic copyright requires a written agreement, so for every project we prepare a contract with the scope, deadline, price and fields of use.
Yes. For regular work, such as monthly social media graphics or reels, we agree a monthly scope and a fixed price. We prepare the quote after talking about what you need.
Timelines and process
A logo takes from 7-10 business days in the Start package to 14-21 days in Premium, a brand identity 3 to 8 weeks depending on the package, a website design from 3-4 weeks for up to 10 pages, and a reel edit 2 to 3 business days. You get a detailed schedule with milestones together with the quote.
With a free consultation and a brief. From that we prepare a quote and schedule, and once the deposit is paid we move through research and moodboard, concepts, revisions, finalisation and file handover.
Often yes, if the brief is complete and decisions are quick. A deadline shorter than standard is agreed before we start, because it means moving other projects.
The person leading creative direction, who prepares the quote and the concept and answers your questions throughout. Our graphic designer takes over the file work, so you never have to explain the project to several people.
Complete materials at the start and quick decisions. A project where copy, photos and details are ready and feedback arrives within a day or two finishes on schedule. Waiting for content is the easiest way to delay a project.
The schedule shifts by the waiting time, and we tell you how the delivery date changes. If the project has a hard date, such as a trade fair or launch, we agree at the start which materials are needed by when.
It is a list of stages with dates: when we show directions, when the concept, when we wait for your feedback and when we deliver files. You get it with the quote, and every date change is confirmed by email.
Revisions
We do not count revision rounds. We reserve about 15% of the project time for them, so a smaller project has less time for changes and a bigger one proportionally more. For example, in a 100-hour project about 15 hours are set aside for your feedback.
A change of direction after approval is not a revision but a new scope. We quote it first and only start after you agree, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Ideally collected in one message, pointing to specific places in the design: a comment in Figma or a PDF with notes. One batch of feedback instead of several single messages shortens revision time.
A revision concerns what is already in the design: colour, layout, copy, proportions. A change of scope is something new: an extra material, another variant or a new direction after the concept is approved. Revisions fit in the revision time; scope changes are quoted separately.
We tell you in advance how much time is left. If you need more changes, we quote extra hours before continuing, and you decide whether to use them.
Ideally one person who collects feedback from the team and sends it in one message. Contradictory comments from several people lengthen the project and use up revision time.
Files and rights
Once the order is paid in full, we transfer the full economic rights to the design and hand over the source files. Licences for paid typefaces, stock photos or music are bought in your company name, and we advise which licence you need.
It depends on the service: logos as SVG, PDF, EPS and PNG, print designs as PDF with bleed in CMYK, websites in Figma, social graphics in Canva, video as MP4, and 3D projects with source files and renders as PNG or MP4. The file list is shown with every package.
We ask for permission before publishing. If the project is confidential, we do not show it anywhere, and on request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start.
Yes. Once paid in full, the rights and source files are yours, so you can change the design yourself or with another designer. Templates come with instructions so edits do not break the layout.
Only if we agree on it, and only with a licence that allows commercial use. We tell you where every graphic comes from and on what terms it can be used.
Yes. Print files are prepared to the printer requirements, and website designs as a tidy Figma file with components. If the printer or developer reports a problem with a file, we fix it.
Print, production and websites
No. Aphrodi only designs: we prepare files ready for print and production and, if you like, help you place the order with a printer or manufacturer and check the proof. You pay for printing directly to the supplier.
We do not run photo shoots or film on set. We edit footage you recorded, and instead of a product shoot we can prepare 3D packshots and visuals.
We design websites in Figma. Development is done by the software house VulCode, whom we work with every day, or by your own developer, to whom we hand over the design and documentation.
Yes. We point out what to look for in quotes and check whether the printer quote covers what you need. You choose the printer and pay it directly.
Yes. If you already have a printer, ask for its file specification and we will prepare files exactly to it, including bleed, colour profile and layer notes.
We design in Figma but with the limits of your chosen tool in mind, so the design can be reproduced faithfully. Development is done by a developer or the software house VulCode.
Contact and language
Yes. We speak Polish and English and run projects remotely. Prices are quoted in PLN.
Yes. Most calls happen online, but we can come to your office for a meeting. We agree the date and place when you first get in touch.
We reply to form messages and emails within 24 hours on business days, usually with clarifying questions or a suggested time for a call.
We ask about your company, the goal of the project, the deadline and the materials you already have. The call is free and creates no obligation, and afterwards you get a proposed scope and a quote.
No. A brief shortens the first conversation, but you can also just write a few sentences about the project or call us. We will fill in the gaps with questions.
Scope of services
We design brands (logo, identity, brand guidelines, rebranding, strategy, naming), print materials and packaging, websites in Figma, social media graphics, video editing, 3D design, illustrations and copy. The full list with prices is on the services page.
No. The shortest logo package takes 7 to 10 business days, because it includes competitor research, a concept shown on applications and a full set of files. We can turn around a vectorization of an existing logo faster, usually in 1 to 2 business days.
Yes. The smallest packages, from a business card to a logo with a logo sheet, are designed precisely for sole traders and small businesses that need a solid start without an extensive system.
Yes, if we get the source files and the rights to use them. We first assess the state of the files and tell you whether it is better to continue or rebuild part of it.
Yes, as part of illustration, 3D, video editing and mascots, as well as emotes and community graphics. We agree the exact scope and price after talking about the project.
Yes. A proposal and presentation template is part of the full stationery and identity packages, and a single presentation is quoted individually by the number of slides.
We design interfaces in Figma, including apps and dashboards, as part of website and UX design. Scope and price are agreed individually, and VulCode can build it.
We prepare materials in English if you provide the content or order copywriting in that language. We quote translation after seeing the texts.
Yes. Foundations, associations, clubs and schools use the same packages as companies, for example logos, posters, diplomas and event materials.
Yes. If you have an idea drawn on paper or in simple software, we treat it as the starting point: we refine proportions, typeface and colours and prepare a full set of files. We quote the scope after seeing the sketch.
We can adapt a purchased template to your brand if its licence allows it. Keep in mind that many other companies may use the same template, so it will not set you apart.
Often yes, if the materials for the design are ready and decisions are quick. Tell us the date of the fair and the deadline your roll-up or booth supplier gave you, and we will build the schedule backwards.
Yes. For chains, rules and templates matter most, so every location looks the same even when different suppliers make the materials. We agree the scope after talking about the number of locations and materials.
We prepare the logo files in the formats the filing requires, and in naming we search the public UPRP and EUIPO databases. The filing itself and the legal assessment are best left to a patent attorney.
Yes, as part of 3D design and social media design we prepare product images and graphics to the requirements of the platform. We check the requirements of the specific marketplace before design.
Yes. Language versions are set on a shared template so they all look the same, and we check that longer translations, such as German or French, fit the layout. You provide content in each language or order it as part of copywriting.
Yes: logos, posters, diplomas, invitations, calendars and building signage. We use the same packages as for companies and fit the scope to the needs of the school.
