VTuber model commission: character design, a 2D model rigged in Live2D or a 3D VRM model
We design your VTuber character and build a model from it: 2D rigged in Live2D and tested in VTube Studio, or 3D in the VRM format. The model blinks, talks, turns its head and reacts with expressions, while hair and clothes move with physics. A 2D Live2D model starts at 3,500 PLN net.

How much does a VTuber model cost?
A 2D model rigged in Live2D starts at 3,500 PLN net, a 2D Premium model at 5,900 PLN, and a 3D VRM model at 7,900 PLN. Every package includes a character designed from scratch. A 2D model takes 5 to 7 weeks, a 2D Premium model 7 to 9 weeks, and a 3D model 8 to 10 weeks. Timelines run from brief approval and the deposit.

The character layer by layer
A PSD split into parts for rigging: eyes, eyelids, mouth, hair strands, clothing.
What you get in a VTuber model project
The model is delivered after a test in the program you will stream with, with import instructions.
Character design
The character with a colour sheet, views and detail notes, designed for motion.
Layered illustration
A PSD split into parts for rigging: eyes, eyelids, mouth, hair strands, clothing.
Rigging
Head and body turns, blinking, eye movement, mouth while talking, brows and breathing.
Physics
Movement of hair, clothing and accessories that reacts to head and body motion.
Expressions
Extra expressions and effects, such as blushing or tears, toggled with a hotkey.
Model files
Live2D files ready for VTube Studio or a VRM file, plus source files.

VTuber glossary
Rigging
Preparing a model for motion: connecting parts of the character to parameters that drive head turns, blinking or the mouth.
Parameter
A slider the program sets from face tracking, such as how open an eye is or the horizontal head turn.
Physics
Hair and clothing movement that follows the head with delay and inertia.
Expressions and toggles
Extra faces and effects or an outfit change, switched with a hotkey during a stream.
VRM
A glTF-based 3D avatar format that holds the model, skeleton, expressions and physics in one file.
A character that becomes your face online
A VTuber model is more than an illustration. Viewers look at it for hours of streaming, so it has to look good in every head position, with every expression and every word. A character that is beautiful as a still drawing can look stiff or odd if it was not designed with motion in mind.
That is why we treat character design and rigging as one job. While designing we already think about how the hair will move, how the mouth opens and how the character looks with the head turned. The illustration is drawn in layers prepared for rigging, rather than split into parts after the fact.
A 2D model is built in Live2D Cubism and goes into VTube Studio, where we test it: blinking, mouth movement while talking, head turns, breathing and hair physics. A 3D model is prepared in the VRM format, which 3D avatar streaming programs such as VSeeFace and Warudo support.
We design the character for you from scratch. Once the invoice is paid, economic rights to the character and the model pass to you, so you can use it on streams, in emotes, on merch and in ads. We never sell the same character to anyone else.

How a VTuber model is made
Brief1-2 days
The character's personality, style, colours, your channel and the program you will stream with.
1Character design1-2 weeks
Sketches, a chosen direction and a colour design, approved before the illustration.
2Illustration1-3 weeks
The layered illustration or the textured 3D model.
3Rigging2-4 weeks
Motion, physics and expressions, with test recordings for review.
4Test and files2-4 days
A test in the streaming program, fixes and file handover.

We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Big changes are best raised at the character design stage, because any change after the layered illustration also means changes to the rigging.
What VTuber model pricing depends on
The price depends on the character's detail, the range of motion and the technique.
- 1
Character detail
Every hair strand, clothing layer or accessory is a separate part to rig.
- 2
Range of motion
Wider head and body rotation means drawing hidden parts and more rigging work.
- 3
Expressions and toggles
Each expression, effect and outfit variant means extra drawings and setup.
- 4
2D or 3D
A 3D model needs modelling, textures, a skeleton and face shapes in three dimensions.
How not to overpay
- Prepare a detailed character description
- Limit details that cover the face
- Start with fewer expressions
- Add outfit variants after your debut
Who we make VTuber models for
Debuting VTubers
When the channel should launch with its own character, not a generator model.
Streamers changing format
When a creator wants to move from a webcam to an avatar and keep their community.
Growing VTubers
When the first model no longer keeps up with the channel and a premium version is needed.
Brands and game studios
When a brand mascot or game character should host streams.
VTuber agencies and groups
When several characters should be made in one style.
What to prepare before ordering a model
A description of the character matters most. You do not need to be able to draw.
0 / 6 ready
- A description of the character: personality, age, style, story
- Colours and elements that must appear
- Illustrations and models you like
- The program you will stream with
- Tracking hardware: a webcam or a phone
- Your planned debut date

| Motion | head turns within a limited range | full rotation, whole body movement |
| Software | VTube Studio | programs that support VRM, such as VSeeFace or Warudo |

A VTuber model that looks good in motion
A character designed for motion
A character for a Live2D model has to be designed differently from an ordinary illustration. Hair is split into strands that can move, eyes are drawn in several layers, white, iris, lashes and eyelid, and the mouth so it can open smoothly and form different shapes. Details that cover the face limit the range of motion.
That is why at the design stage we show the character with several expressions and with the head turned. This is when changing a hairstyle or outfit costs least, because nothing has been cut into layers or connected to parameters yet.
Tested in the program you use
A model that looks good in the editor also has to work with tracking of your face. Webcams and phones track faces with different precision, and everyone moves a little differently. That is why we test 2D models in VTube Studio and 3D models in the VRM program you use.
In the Premium package we prepare parameters for more precise face tracking from a phone, so the model better reflects the movement of your mouth, cheeks and brows. Before handover you can check the model on your own setup and request fixes.
2D or 3D
A 2D Live2D model looks like an illustration and suits VTubers who chat, play games with the camera in a corner or draw. Its head rotation is limited, but within that range it can look very natural and expressive.
A 3D VRM model gives full rotation and whole-body motion, including hand or full body tracking. It works for streams with movement, in virtual spaces and in games where the character moves around a scene.
Rights to the character
A VTuber character is your identity online, so the rights must be clear. Once the invoice is paid, we transfer the economic rights to the character design, illustration and model within the fields of use in the contract, including streams, emotes, merch and ads.
We do not sell the same character or variations of it to anyone else. If we want to show the model in our portfolio, we ask for permission, and if you plan a surprise debut, we do not show it anywhere before you debut.
