What you get in a copywriting project
We deliver copy in a Google Doc or Word file, arranged by page section, with headings marked.
Keyword research
A list of phrases and questions your customers type, assigned to specific pages.
Page copy
The content of each page arranged by section: headings, paragraphs, lists, buttons and FAQ.
Titles and descriptions
A meta title and description for each page, at the length search results display.
Microcopy
Button labels, form messages and short captions that are easy to overlook but decide whether people click.
Brand voice guidelines
In Brand Voice and Premium, a document with rules, a word list and examples for your team.
Content plan
In Premium, a list of article and guide topics for the coming months, with keywords and the goal of each piece.
Copy and design are made together
The most common problem with a new website is copy that arrives at the end. The design waits for content, and then a service description turns out to be three times longer than the section allows, or it does not answer the question the customer has in mind. That is why we write copy alongside the wireframes: we know how much space each section has, and the design is built on real content.
Before writing, we check what your customers look for: which phrases they type into search, which questions they ask and how competitors describe similar services. Based on that, every page gets one topic, a headline that says what is on it, and a title and description for search results.
We write specifically: what you do, for whom, what it costs, how working together looks and what the customer gets. No generic lines about passion and top quality, because they fit any company and say nothing. If a number or a claim appears in the copy, it has to be true and you have to be able to back it up.
In larger packages we also write down your brand voice: how you address customers, which words you use and which you avoid, how a reply to a complaint and a social media post sound. That way future copy, written by you or your team, sounds like the same company.

What we do not write
Numbers without proof
We do not write client counts, percentages or years of experience you cannot back up.
Generic lines
Lines about passion, professionalism and top quality are replaced with what the customer actually gets.
Copy for robots
Keywords are worked in naturally. Copy is read by people and should not repeat keywords.
Copies of competitors
We look at competitors to stand apart from them, not to rewrite their offer.
Packages and prices
Net prices. Anything beyond a package is quoted before we start.

How we write copy
Conversation and materials1-3 days
A conversation about your company, customers and offer, and a review of current copy, proposals and emails.
1Keywords and structure2-4 days
Keyword research, the page list and a heading plan, agreed before writing.
2First page2-4 days
Copy for the home page or a key service page, where we settle tone and length.
3Remaining copy3-15 days
The other pages in the approved tone, delivered in batches.
4Revisions and proofreading1-3 days
Revisions, proofreading and fitting the copy to the wireframes.
5
We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Tone and length are best settled on the first page, before the rest is written.
What copywriting pricing depends on
The number of pages changes the price, but so does how much information has to be gathered before the first sentence.
- 1
Number of pages
Each page is a separate topic, keyword and heading structure.
- 2
State of information
A ready offer and price list shorten the work. When they still need defining, conversations and research are added.
- 3
Industry
Technical, legal or medical services need more fact-checking and consultation with you.
- 4
Brand voice
Writing down the voice with rules and examples is separate work that pays off with every future piece.
How not to overpay
- Send all your current materials at the start
- Name one person to approve the copy
- Order copy together with the website design
- Collect customer questions from emails and phone calls
Who we write for
Companies before a new website
Copy written alongside the wireframes, so the design is built on real content.
Companies with many services
A separate page for each service, with its own keyword, price and FAQ.
Startups and SaaS
A product page, pricing and feature descriptions that explain the product without jargon.
Companies after a rebrand
The new brand voice written down as rules, so the whole team writes the same way.
Online shops
Category and product descriptions that answer questions before purchase.
How to prepare for the project
The materials you already have help the most, even if they seem messy to you.
0 / 6 ready
- Current copy, proposals and presentations
- Questions customers most often ask by email and phone
- Your price list or at least price ranges
- The services or products you want to promote
- Competitor websites you know
- Facts and numbers you can back up
What the copy for one page covers
| Element | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| H1 heading | says what the page is about and holds the main keyword | Logo design for businesses |
| Lead | answers the key question in two sentences | what, for whom, from how much |
| Sections | lead from the problem to a decision | scope, process, price, FAQ |
| Calls to action | say what to do next | Ask for a quote |
| Meta title and description | the text in search results | up to 60 and up to 155 characters |
Types of copy we write
Home page
Says within seconds what you do, for whom and what to do next. It is the hardest piece, because it has to be short and specific at once.
Service pages
One service, one keyword and one answer: what the customer gets, what it costs and how working together looks, with questions at the end.
Product descriptions
Specifications turned into benefits, answers to pre-purchase questions and one consistent layout for a whole category.
Taglines
A brand or campaign tagline in several variants to choose from, tested on a poster, a page header and packaging.
Proposals and decks
Copy for a PDF proposal or a sales deck, written slide by slide together with the design.
Microcopy
Buttons, error messages, confirmations and automated emails, the sentences customers read at the most important moment.
Copywriting that works for sales
Keywords without writing for robots
Keyword research shows the words customers use to look for your services. They are often different from industry terms: customers search for a company logo design, not a brand mark identity. We give every page one main keyword and a few secondary ones.
The keyword goes in the heading, the first paragraph and the search description, and the rest is written naturally. Copy that repeats the same word in every sentence puts people off, and search engines have long rated it as weak.
Brand voice in practice
Voice rules are not adjectives such as friendly and professional, but specific decisions: whether we address customers informally, whether we avoid jargon, how long sentences are, how we react to a mistake on our side. Every rule comes with a do and a do not example.
That way the voice can be passed on to a new team member or an agency. When someone writes a post or a reply to a complaint, they have a model in front of them, not just general advice.
Facts we never add
Numbers and promises work in copy only when they are true. We do not write client counts, years of experience or satisfaction percentages you cannot back up, even if they would sound better.
Instead we look for the facts you have: a specific scope of services, timelines, the process, a guarantee you actually give. Such specifics persuade better than generic superlatives and do not expose the company to claims of misleading customers.
Copy and design
Copy written without knowing the design easily fails to fit the sections or forces the designer to shrink the text. That is why we write on the wireframes: we know how much room a heading has, how many points fit in a list and where the button sits.
If another company is designing the website, we ask for the wireframes or at least a list of sections. Then the copy fits the layout straight away and the design does not wait for rewrites.
