Files the printer will accept

Logos as SVG, PDF, EPS and PNG, print in CMYK with bleed, websites in Figma, templates in Canva. Every file in a tidy folder.

  • Bleed

The background runs past the trim line, so no white edges remain after cutting.

  • Trim line

The size the printer trims the sheet to.

  • Safe area

Text and logo stay inside, away from the edge.

  • CMYK colours

Print files are prepared in CMYK, the colours of printing inks.

What you can order in one style

Every material is delivered as a print file checked against the printer requirements and, where it makes sense, as an editable template.

  • Business card

Single or double-sided, with a QR code on the back on request and versions for your team from one template.

  • Letterhead

A print file plus Word and Google Docs templates with text styles set up.

  • Email signature

An HTML signature tested in popular email clients, with pasting instructions.

  • Envelopes, folder and stamp

An envelope in the chosen size, a presentation folder with a die-line and a business card slot, and a stamp legible in one colour.

  • Document templates

Proposal and presentation templates, ID badges and a certificate your team fills in itself.

  • Company calendar

Tri-fold, wall or desk, with a date grid checked for holidays and days off.

  • Vouchers, diplomas and certificates

Designs with room for the name, amount, number and expiry date, for print and as a PDF to send by email.

  • Print files

A PDF with bleed in CMYK and outlined fonts, with separate finish layers on request.

Finishes: what they add and what they cost

Matte or soft-touch lamination

Protects against marks and gives a pleasant, velvety feel.

Spot varnish

Gloss only on a chosen element, such as a logo on a matte background.

Hot foil

A metallic logo or detail that catches the light. On a voucher it raises the gift value and makes copying on a printer harder.

Embossing

A raised mark you can feel, best on thick paper.

Small materials customers build their picture of you from

A business card, letterhead, an envelope, an email signature, a calendar on the wall of a customer and a voucher bought as a gift. Each looks like a detail on its own, but together they make the first impression at a meeting, with a proposal, an invoice and a gift. If a proposal arrives on paper with a different logo from the email that announced it, customers notice.

We design these materials as one set in your brand style, with the same colours, typefaces and layout. If you have a visual identity, we follow its rules. If you only have a logo, we choose the rest so future materials can be built on it.

Shared layouts and templates save the most work. Team business cards come from one template, letterhead and proposals work in Word and Google Docs, and you fill in a certificate yourself, without a designer. We design calendars so the brand is present without getting in the way, because only an attractive, easy-to-use calendar stays on the wall all year.

We do not print. We prepare files that meet the requirements of your chosen printer, suggest paper and finishes, and you pay the printer directly.

How we design business cards and stationery

  1. Brief and detailsup to 2 days

Logo, company and staff details, the list of materials, the printer and the software your team uses.

    1
  2. Layout1-4 days

Business card and letterhead first, because they set the layout for the rest. For a calendar, the theme for the whole year comes first.

    2
  3. The set2-8 days

Envelope, folder, calendar or vouchers in the same style.

    3
  4. Checks1 day

Checking the details, the QR code, the dates in the grid and the fields with the longest name.

    4
  5. Templates and versions1-5 days

Team card versions, Word and Google Docs templates, the email signature and editable certificates.

    5
  6. Filesup to 1 day

Print files to the printer requirements, templates and instructions.

    6

We reserve about 15% of the project time for revisions. Provide final company and staff details, because changing them affects every element of the set, and a typo in the phone number is the most expensive mistake on a business card. Calendars are printed before the end of the year, so it is worth starting their design in early autumn.

What business card and stationery pricing depends on

The price depends mostly on the number of materials and whether they should be editable templates.

  1. 1

    Number of materials

Each format, from the back of a card to a folder and calendar pages, is a separate design and print file.

  2. 2

    Templates

An editable document or certificate template needs styles and fields set up and a test on a real document.

  3. 3

    Number of people

Cards and signatures for many people mean more files to prepare and check.

  4. 4

    Artwork

Ready photos are less work than illustrations drawn for every month of a calendar.

  5. 5

    Finishes

Foil, embossing, spot varnish or a spot colour need separate layers in the file.

How not to overpay

  • Provide final company and staff details in one spreadsheet before we start
  • Order the whole set at once rather than single elements
  • Ask your printer for file requirements and finish prices before the project
  • Start a calendar design in early autumn
  • Agree the list of voucher and certificate fields before we start

Who we design business cards and stationery for

  • New companies

A business card and the basic set in your brand style, so the first proposal and invoice look professional.

  • Sales staff and advisers

A double-sided card with a QR code to save the contact quickly.

  • Law firms, offices and companies sending proposals

Letterhead, a proposal template and a folder that look the same no matter who prepared them.

  • Teams and companies after a rebrand

One card template for everyone and a switch to new office materials in one set.

  • Service businesses and B2B companies

A tri-fold calendar with your phone number always at hand, or an elegant wall calendar as an end-of-year gift.

  • Salons, restaurants, hotels and shops

Gift vouchers and numbered coupons, for print and for email.

  • Schools and training companies

Certificates, diplomas and ID badges with an editable template for issuing after every course.

What to prepare for the project

Final company details, the list of people and the printer requirements save the most time.

0 / 8 ready

  • Your logo in vector format, brand colours and typefaces
  • Final company details: name, address, tax number, bank account
  • Details for each person in one spreadsheet: name, role, phone, email
  • The email client and document software your team uses
  • For vouchers and certificates: the list of fields and the longest sample name or training title
  • For a calendar: full-resolution photos and important company dates
  • Your printer or its file requirements and templates
  • The date the materials must be ready by

Templates that work in the hands of your team

A template is good when someone with no design knowledge can write a document or issue a certificate in it that looks good.

Styles instead of manual formatting

Headings, paragraphs and lists have ready styles, so nobody changes fonts by hand.

Typefaces available everywhere

If the brand typeface is not available in Word or Google Docs, we choose the closest substitute every recipient will see.

Locked header and footer

The logo and company details sit in the header and footer, where they are hard to move by accident.

Tested on a real document

We test the template on a longer proposal with a table, so it does not break when content is pasted in.

Business cards and stationery in a few decisions

Which details and which business card size

Name, role, phone, email and website are the basics. Add an office address if customers visit it. Include only the social media profiles you actually keep up. The fewer details, the larger and more legible the rest can be: text should not be smaller than about 7 points, and 8-9 points is better for contact details.

The standard Polish size is 90 x 50 mm, which fits typical card holders. The European format of 85 x 55 mm is close to a payment card, and a square 55 x 55 mm card stands out but does not fit every holder.

A QR code on a business card

A QR code can lead to a website, a profile or a vCard that a phone saves straight into contacts. It is convenient at events where many cards change hands.

The code needs clear space around it and enough size for a phone to read it. Before printing we test it on several phones, and the link is best pointed at an address you can change later without reprinting.

Team cards from one template

For a team, consistency matters most: every card has the same layout, and only the details change. We design one template and then prepare versions for each person in the spreadsheet.

You also get a template for creating a card for a new person. We test long names and job titles straight away, so the layout does not break with the first unusual entry.

An email signature that does not fall apart for the recipient

The email signature is the piece of stationery customers see most, and also the easiest to break. Email clients display images, fonts and spacing differently, and a signature pasted as one large image ends up in spam or shows as an attachment.

That is why we build the signature in simple HTML, with text as text and a small logo, and before delivery we test it in popular email clients on desktop and mobile. You get pasting instructions for the client your team uses.

Company calendars: timing and the date grid

Company calendars are printed before the end of the year, and printers are busiest in the last quarter. It is calmest to start design in early autumn: a few weeks for design and revisions, then time for printing and shipping to customers before the holidays. If calendars go out in gift parcels, plan time for packing too.

A wrong holiday date on a calendar that hangs all year is particularly visible. That is why we check every month before delivering files: days off, movable holidays, week numbers and clock changes. For a tri-fold, the printer usually supplies the date pads, prepared for the next year well in advance, so we check they match the header and backing design, including colours and the place for the sliding marker.

A calendar that stays on the wall

A calendar that is mainly an ad rarely stays on the wall. A beautiful, useful calendar with a discreet brand presence works better: in the footer, on the header, in the colours and theme. Save the large logo and full list of services for the backing of a tri-fold or the last page of a wall calendar, because that is where customers will find it when they look for your number.

Monthly artwork decides whether a calendar stays. It can be a series of photos of your projects, team or products through the seasons, twelve illustrations in one style, calm motifs from your identity or a tip from your industry for every month.

Voucher and certificate fields that survive any name

A design looks fine with a short sample name, and then a participant with a double surname arrives, or a training course with a long title. That is why we test every field with the longest real example you give us and agree how text should behave when it is too long.

For handwriting we leave more room and clear lines, and for office printing we set the fields so text lands in place without manual adjustment.

Vouchers: numbering, expiry date and the electronic version

A voucher has monetary value, so it is worth making it hard to forge and easy to redeem. We design room for a unique number, added by the printer or written in at sale, a clear place for the expiry date to avoid disputes at redemption, and a code staff can check in the system.

Vouchers are sometimes bought at the last minute and sent by email, so we also prepare every design as a PDF for sending, with fields that can be filled in before sending. If you sell vouchers through your website or a booking system, we prepare a version suited to that system, and the integration is done by its provider or a developer.

Certificates issued regularly

A training company or school can issue dozens of certificates a month. Designing each one separately makes no sense, so with designs with templates you get a template where you type the name and date and everything else stays in place.

We prepare the template in a tool you use and record a short guide. On request we set up fields so they can be filled in bulk from a spreadsheet with the participant list.
