In short

How much does a dental practice logo cost?

Logo Start costs from 1,200 PLN net. The starter kit with an appointment card, a sign and an information leaflet costs from 2,450 PLN. We design informative rather than promotional materials and suggest what to check. The legal assessment is for you or your lawyer, because it depends on how the practice is set up and the rules of your professional chamber.

A practice patients trust before they sit in the chair

Patients choose a medical practice carefully. They check reviews, the website and the map profile, and at the first visit they judge the order of things: whether it is easy to find, whether reception looks professional, whether they got clear information on paper. A consistent, calm identity at each of these stages builds trust before the doctor says a word.

We design practice brands to be professional without being clinically cold. We avoid the clichés of the field: a smiling tooth, a cross, a heart with an ECG line and the rod of Asclepius. We build a practice's character with colour, typography and a mark linked to its specialism or name.

In a medical practice, legibility matters more than effect. Appointment cards, aftercare leaflets and directional signs are read by people who are older, anxious or without their glasses. That is why we design them with large type, strong contrast and plain language.

Healthcare providers in Poland inform about their services under the Act on Medical Activity, and medical professions have their own ethics codes. We design informative rather than promotional materials and suggest what to check before publishing. We do not give legal advice.

Mistakes in medical practice brands

Each one lowers trust or makes it harder for patients to find their way and understand advice.

  • A medical cliché

A smiling tooth, a cross, a heart with an ECG or the rod of Asclepius do not set a practice apart.

  • Small print in aftercare advice

Aftercare advice in small type is hard to read without glasses, and recovery depends on it.

  • Low contrast

Light grey text on white looks delicate, but some patients cannot read it.

  • No signage inside

A patient searching for reception or a room in the corridor starts the visit stressed.

  • Advertising slogans

Promised results and superlatives may breach the rules on informing about health services.

What different practices need

Specialisms share needs but have different emphases.

Legible for every patient

The rules we use to design patient materials.

Large type

Advice sheets and signs use larger type than typical leaflets, with short lines.

Contrast

On the website we follow the WCAG guidelines, which require a contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.

Plain language

Short sentences, steps as bullet points and one piece of information in one place.

Pictograms

Simple signs next to directions and advice help people who read Polish poorly.

Informing about services: what to check

A checklist before publishing materials in Poland. This is not legal advice.

Act on Medical Activity

Article 14(1) says a healthcare provider makes information about the scope and types of services public, and its content and form must not have the features of advertising.

Professional ethics code

Doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and vets follow the rules of their professional chambers. Check the current text with your chamber.

Prices

Present fees factually, without promotional slogans or comparisons with competitors.

Patient photos

Publish before and after photos and patients' images only with their written consent.

Building a medical practice brand step by step

Trust without clinical coldness

A medical practice should look professional, but it does not have to look like a hospital.Cold white, medical blue and a cross remind patients of stress, while warm, calm colours and careful typography let them relax. The practice mark can come from its name, place or specialism rather than a medical symbol.

We show every concept on the sign, appointment card, uniform and map profile. The practice has to be recognisable in each of these places, and the logo legible in one colour too, on a stamp and on forms.

Signage from the entrance to the room

The way to the practice starts on the street. An entrance sign, a board in the building lobby, floor, reception, waiting room, treatment room and toilet signs guide patients without asking for directions. This matters most in a clinic with several specialists and in buildings with many tenants.

In the interior signage package we design a system of signs in one style, with clear numbers and pictograms, and a list of elements for the maker. We show the design on photos and a floor plan.

Aftercare leaflets

Advice after a tooth extraction, exercises after physiotherapy or caring for a pet after surgery are documents patients read at home, sometimes under stress or medication. They have to be simple, in bullet points, with large type and one contact number in case of doubt.

We design them as templates staff fill in themselves, in a version to print at the practice and a PDF to send. Movement or position illustrations are prepared in our illustration service if needed.

Legible for older patients

With age, sharpness of vision and contrast sensitivity decline.Delicate grey text, small footnotes and pale colours on white, which look fine in a presentation, become illegible in an older patient's hands.

That is why patient materials use larger type, strong contrast and simple layouts, and the website follows the WCAG accessibility guidelines. The brand stays calm while every patient can use it.

Information, not advertising

Healthcare providers in Poland publish information about the scope and types of their services, but its content and form must not have the features of advertising. In practice that means factual descriptions of services, fees and team details instead of promised results, superlatives and promotional slogans.

We design materials in that spirit and point out which elements are worth checking with a lawyer or your professional chamber. The final decision on content is yours.

Website and booking

A practice website answers practical questions: which services, what they cost, who sees patients, how to get there and how to book.Patients look for this on their phones too, and in a hurry, so we design it with large buttons, a clear fee list and the phone number always at hand.

We design the website in Figma, and the software house VulCode, builds it, including integration with the booking system the practice uses.
