What a personal brand needs
The media where people get to know you before you meet.
Logo or monogram
A wordmark with your name or a monogram, legible in a small profile circle.
Post templates
LinkedIn and Instagram layouts: expert posts, quotes, carousels, event announcements.
One-page website
One page with what you do, your offer, publications and contact.
Presentation
A slide template for talks, webinars and training.
Ebook cover
A cover that reads as a thumbnail, in the brand style, for a lead magnet or publication.
Newsletter
A header, post layout and email footer in the brand style, recognisable in the reader's inbox.
Business card and signature
A card for conferences and an email signature in the same style.
Your expertise in a wrapper people remember
Experts, coaches and creators are recognised by what they say and write. But before anyone reads your post or hears your talk, they see your profile picture, a graphic in their feed, the first slide and an ebook cover. A consistent look makes these small contacts add up to one picture and helps your content stand out among others.
We design the visual part of a personal brand: the mark, colours, typefaces, graphic style and the templates you use every day. We do not coach on image or career strategy. We ask what you do, who you speak to and how you want to be seen, and translate that into design.
We designed DualFroz, the personal brand of a full-stack developer. We know a personal brand lives in many places at once: profiles, a website, repositories, presentations and downloads, and that it has to be easy to use every day.
Post and presentation templates are prepared in Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides, so you can publish and present without a designer. The one-page website is designed in Figma and built by the software house VulCode.
Kits for personal brands
Two kits: starting a visible brand, and a full set for an expert who speaks and sells services. Each element is a package from our price list. Kit prices are the sum of the starting prices of packages from our price list, with no surcharge and no discount. The quote gives the exact scope and timeline.

Each one makes an expert look less professional than their work.
A name in a random typeface
A wordmark set in an editor's default typeface looks like an email sign-off, not a brand.
Every post in a different style
Graphics from different templates make the profile look chaotic and your content hard to recognise in the feed.
A deck from a default theme
Slides from a built-in theme look the same as other speakers' presentations.
A cover unreadable as a thumbnail
An ebook with a long title in small type disappears in a post and on the sign-up page.
Photos from different shoots
Photos in different light and colours on the profile, website and cover make the brand look random.
Website and profile in different styles
Someone arriving from LinkedIn at your website should not feel they have met a different person.
Brands from this industry in the portfolio
Each brand comes with a note on what it does.
Where a personal brand works
| Place | What we design | What we watch for |
|---|---|---|
| profile picture, banner, carousels, post graphics | legibility in the mobile feed | |
| post templates, stories, highlight covers | a consistent profile grid | |
| One-page website | one page with your offer and contact | a quick answer to what you do |
| Talks | presentation template, title slide | legibility from the back row |
| Ebook and downloads | cover, PDF layout | a cover that reads as a thumbnail |
A monogram or a name wordmark
A wordmark with your name
The most direct: people know at once who you are. It works on a website, presentation and cover.
A monogram from initials
A short mark for small places: a profile picture, favicon, a watermark on graphics.
A system of both
The wordmark on large media and the monogram on small ones, designed as one family.
No mark at all
Sometimes a well chosen typeface, colour and layout are enough. We will say honestly if a separate mark is not needed.
A visual personal brand step by step
Content first, then looks
A personal brand rests on what you know and how you talk about it.Visual design will not replace that, but it can make your content recognisable and as professional looking as your work.
That is why we start with a conversation about topics, audiences and tone. A finance expert for boards needs a different visual language from a sports coach or a creator of courses for beginner programmers.
A mark that works in a profile circle
The profile picture appears next to every post, comment and message, with your name beside it.A monogram or a simple wordmark has to read as a small element in the feed, in comments and in an online meeting participant list.
For larger media such as a website, presentation or cover, we design a full wordmark with your name. Both form one system, so the brand is recognisable at any size.
Post templates
Experts publish regularly: knowledge posts, quotes, carousels with tips, event announcements.Without templates each graphic starts from scratch and looks different. With Canva templates you change only the text and photo, while the layout, colours and typefaces stay the same.
We design templates for the content types you really publish and show them on sample posts, so it is clear from day one how to use them.
Presentations for talks
A conference talk or webinar is a moment when many people see you at once.A slide template in the brand style with ready layouts, such as title, quote, chart, comparison, screenshot and contact, lets you prepare a talk faster and look professional.
We design slides to read from the back row and on a small screen during an online meeting: large type, little text, strong contrast.
A one-page website
A one-page website answers the questions people ask after seeing your post or talk: what you do, who you work with, what they can order and how to get in touch. One well organised page is enough to start and easy to extend with publications or courses.
We design the website in Figma, and the software house VulCode, builds it. Copy can be written in our copywriting service.
Ebooks and downloads
An ebook, checklist or report is something people leave their email address for.The cover has to read as a thumbnail in a post and on the sign-up page, and the inside should be comfortable to read as a PDF on a phone and computer.
We design the cover in our illustration service or as part of the identity, and the PDF layout in the brand style, with a template for future materials.
