Restaurant and cafe branding: logo, menu and signage in one style from the menu card to Instagram
We design logos and identities for restaurants, cafes, bistros, bakeries and food trucks: menus for print and phones via QR code, signage and windows, social media graphics, vouchers and stickers for takeaway packaging. One style from the menu card to your Instagram profile. The starter kit lists the price of every element.

What a restaurant or cafe needs
Media guests see before a visit, in the venue and at home when they order takeaway.
Logo
A mark that reads on the sign, a cup, a sticker and a profile picture.
Menu
A food and drink menu for print and a phone version via QR code, with a template to change prices.
Sign and window
A sign above the entrance, window graphics and the door with opening hours.
Social media
Post templates for the dish of the day, events and offers in the venue style.
Takeaway
Stickers for packaging, cups and bags, a takeaway menu flyer.
Vouchers
A dinner or amount voucher, for gifts and company events.
A place guests remember for its taste and its look
Guests get to know a place in many ways: they pass the sign on the street, look at photos on Instagram, check the menu on maps, order through a delivery app. Each contact builds an image of the place. If the sign, menu, takeaway cup and posts look like one brand, the place is easier to remember and recommend.
We design a venue identity from the media guests touch: the sign and window, food and drink menus, the phone menu, the daily board, placemats and table cards, packaging stickers, vouchers and post templates. The logo has to read on a sign from across the street and on a sticker on a cup lid.
The menu is the most important document in a venue. Every guest reads it, and its layout affects what they order and how quickly they decide. We design menus to be legible in dim light, in print and on a phone, and easy to update without a designer.
We do not print or install signs. We prepare files for the printer, sign maker and packaging producer, and menu and post templates in tools you can edit yourself. A website with reservations is built by the software house VulCode.
Kits for food businesses
Three kits: for opening a venue, a full identity and a kit for a cafe or food truck. Each element is a package from our price list. Kit prices are the sum of the starting prices of packages from our price list, with no surcharge and no discount. The quote gives the exact scope and timeline.

Each one costs orders or makes the place harder to remember.
A menu like a book
A long list of dishes in small print slows decisions and hides the dishes you want to sell.
A menu unreadable in dim light
A thin typeface on dark paper looks good in a studio, but is hard to read in the mood lighting of the room.
A PDF instead of a phone menu
An A4 file opened from a QR code has to be zoomed with fingers, and guests see only a fragment of the menu at a time.
A logo lost on a cup
A detailed mark does not fit a small sticker or lid, and those are what takeaway guests hold.
A different style everywhere
A sign in one style, a menu in another and posts in a third make the place look random.
The menu in the venue, on phones and online
| Version | Where | What we watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Printed menu | on tables and at the bar | legible in room lighting, durable paper |
| Phone menu | QR code on tables and in the window | a vertical layout, large category buttons |
| Board and daily menu | at the counter and in the window | a template for quick dish changes |
| Menu on maps and delivery apps | the venue profile and apps | photos and dish names matching the menu |
| Social graphic | posts and stories | dish of the day and new items in the menu style |
What a menu should include
Prices
Article 4(1) of the Polish Act on Price Information requires prices to be displayed where goods are sold and services provided.
Allergens
EU Regulation 1169/2011 requires allergen information for non-prepacked food too, and national law can set how it is provided. Check the requirements before printing.
Labels
Simple symbols for vegetarian, vegan and spicy dishes, explained in one place on the menu.
Categories and order
A layout that guides the eye from starters to desserts and highlights the dishes you want to sell.
Takeaway and delivery
Packaging stickers
A logo sticker turns a plain box into the venue's packaging.
Cups and bags
Printed cups and bags that also advertise the venue on the street.
A flyer in the bag
A takeaway menu with a code for ordering directly from the venue.
Photos in apps
Consistent dish photos and descriptions in delivery apps, matching the menu.
Building a food business brand step by step
Sign and window
The sign is the venue's first promise to passers-by.It has to read from across the street and suit the building, and a window with opening hours, a menu QR code and one inviting message turns a walk into a visit.
We show the sign and window design on a photo of your building. Before ordering, check the building manager's requirements and local rules on facade advertising, because some Polish cities have landscape resolutions that regulate signs.
Instagram and dish photos
A venue profile mixes dish photos, the dish of the day, events and opening hours.Canva templates organise this content: the photo and text change, while the layout, colours and typefaces stay the same, so the profile looks consistent even with daily posts.
Dish photos work best taken in one place and light, on the same plates and background. We agree a crop and layout that fit the templates with you, so new posts look like part of the profile straight away.
Vouchers and events
A dinner voucher is a good gift and a way to win new guests. We design it in the venue style, with fields to fill in and an email version, so it can be bought at the last minute too.
For events such as tastings, themed dinners or concerts, posters and social graphics in the same style help. With templates you prepare them quickly, without designing everything from scratch.
Interior and small items
A venue brand is also built by small things: placemats, table cards with the Wi-Fi password, a bill folder, printed napkins, staff uniforms. Each is a chance for guests to remember the name and find the venue online later.
We design them in the same style as the menu and sign, with files for the printer and producer. In the Menu with Venue Identity package, placemats, a table card and a voucher are already included.
Website and reservations
A guest who wants to book a table looks for three things: the menu, opening hours and a booking button.A venue website should show them straight away, on phones too, without multi-page galleries and animations that slow loading.
We design the website in Figma, and the software house VulCode, builds it with a reservation system and a menu you can change without a developer.
