Startup and SaaS branding: identity and product UI designed together
We design identities, websites, a Figma design system, an investor presentation template and a product video for startups, SaaS companies and software houses. Brand and product interface are designed together, so the logo, website and app speak the same language. Development is done by the software house VulCode. The starter kit lists the price of every element.

What a startup or SaaS company needs
Brand, product and sales materials in one system.

Logo, colours, typefaces and icons that work on the website, in the app and in a presentation.

Components and tokens in Figma, shared by the website and product, ready for developers.
Product website
A website with the value proposition, features, pricing and sign-up.
Presentation
A presentation template for investors and customers in the brand style.
Product video
A short video with motion graphics showing the product in action.
Social and announcements

A product that looks as good as it works
In a technology company, the brand does not end with a logo and a website. Customers meet it every day in the product: in the dashboard, the app, system emails and documentation. If the website looks modern and the app looks like it comes from another era, customers feel the gap, even if the product works well.
That is why we design brand and interface together. Colours, typefaces, icons, corner radii and tone of voice are set once and recorded in a design system that both the website and the product use. Developers get components and tokens in Figma, not a set of loose graphics.
We work with the software house VulCode. Our portfolio includes technology brands we have worked on: VulCode, Flaem, Plazer, WaveHost and SafeBands. We know how a designer and a team building the design in code work together, because we do it every day.
A startup also needs materials for investors and customers: a presentation, a website with a clear value proposition and a short video showing the product in action. We design them in the same style as the product, so investors and customers see one consistent company.
Kits for startups and IT companies
Two kits: a product start and the funding round or sales scale-up stage. Each element is a package from our price list. Kit prices are the sum of the starting prices of packages from our price list, with no surcharge and no discount. The quote gives the exact scope and timeline.

Ask about the kitMistakes in technology company brands
Each one makes a product look less mature than it is.
Brand and product apart
A website designed by an agency and an app designed by developers without rules look like two companies.
A generator logo
An abstract shape and a template typeface make a startup look like many others on an investor's list.
A website about technology, not the customer
Describing the architecture instead of the problem the product solves does not convince a business customer.
A deck without a system
Every slide in a different style draws an investor's attention away from the content.
No design system
Without shared components every new screen starts from scratch, and the product loses consistency with every release.
Brands from this industry in the portfolio
Each brand comes with a note on what it does.
VulCodeA software house building websites, online stores, apps and panels.FlaemFlaemA platform for hosting companies: selling and running VPS, game servers and web hosting from one panel.
PlazerA messaging app for communities, a Discord alternative with end-to-end encryption.

What gets made at which stage

|---|---|---|
| Prototype and MVP | logo, core rules, product website | credibility with the first customers |

A design system shared by brand and product
Tokens
Colours, typography, spacing, radii and shadows recorded as variables that developers carry into code.
Components
Buttons, fields, cards, tables and navigation in variants and states.
Icons
An icon set in one style for the website, product and documentation.
Guidelines
A description of when to use each component, so new screens come together faster.
What a product website should show
Value proposition
One sentence about the problem you solve and for whom, at the very top.
Features through examples
Screenshots and short scenarios instead of a list of technical traits.
Pricing
Plans and limits compared in a clear table, with answers to common questions.
Proof
Customer logos, case studies and testimonials, if you can show them.
Security and data
Where data is stored and how it is protected, which matters to business customers.
Next step
Sign-up, a demo or a sales call, always within sight.
Building a technology brand step by step
Brand and interface from one team
In a technology company, the product interface is the biggest brand medium.Customers may spend hours in it and minutes on the website. That is why we design the identity with the product in mind: colours have to work in dark and light themes, typefaces in dense tables and icons at 16 pixels.
When the same team designs brand and interface, the rules are shared from the start. The website, app, system emails and documentation use the same tokens and components, so the product looks mature from the first version.
A website that explains the value
A startup website has to answer three questions: what problem you solve, for whom and why better than current options.Technology and architecture matter, but for a business customer they are a supporting argument, not the first one.
We design product websites with a clear value proposition, features explained through examples, pricing and a path to sign-up or a sales call. Copy is written in our copywriting service, in the brand's tone.
An investor presentation
An investor presentation has to be readable in minutes and understandable without a presenter, because it may be sent ahead of the meeting.A presentation template in the brand style with ready slide layouts, such as problem, solution, market, business model, team and funding, lets you focus on the content.
We prepare the template in the tool your team uses, with instructions on adding slides without breaking the layout. It is part of the identity and stationery packages.
A product video
A short video showing the product in action explains it faster than paragraphs of text.It works on the website, in a presentation, in ads and in sales emails.
We edit it from screen recordings and your materials, with motion graphics, captions and licensed music, in formats for the website and social media. The interface in the video looks the same as in the product, because we use the same design system.
A design system that grows with the product
At the start a few components and rules are enough. When the product grows and several teams work on it, a design system becomes a condition of consistency: without it each team designs buttons and forms its own way.
We design the design system in Figma with tokens, components and documentation, so it can be extended without us. VulCode developers carry it into code, and we keep the design and implementation aligned.
Feature launches and product communication
A technology product changes every few weeks, and each new feature is a chance to communicate: a post, an email to users, a changelog entry, a website graphic.Without templates each announcement looks different and takes the team longer than the feature itself.
We design announcement templates in the product style, with space for a screenshot, a short description and a button. The product team prepares further announcements on its own, and communication stays consistent with the interface.
Hiring in a technology company
A growing startup hires developers, designers and salespeople, and candidates judge the company by the job ad, careers page and social profiles.A consistent employer brand helps attract people who fit the team.
We design recruitment materials, the careers page and job ad graphics in our employer branding service, in the same system as the product and website.
Development with VulCode
A design that reaches developers without context loses detail. That is why we work with the software house VulCode, which builds our designs every day: websites, dashboards, apps and stores. The design moves into development without being explained to another company.
If you have your own developers, we hand over the Figma design with tokens, components and behaviour notes, and answer their questions during development.
